Lindsay is so full of knowledge. I like how she explains each move so I am not doubting myself if I am right or wrong. I'm also the type to wonder what is going on with my muscles during each pose so I if I ask a question, she is ready with the answer. She was very accommodating to my knee issue as well which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend her!
