Mayra is such a talented hypnotherapist. From sending instructions and support prior to your appointment, to setting up a 1: pre-hypnosis consultation, and her ability to make her clients feel safe and cared for during the actual experience all demonstrate the high level of commitment she has to making each experience positive and successful. Cannot recommend her enough!
Since I tend to be very logic oriented, I truly appreciated the exercises we did before my session. The exercises helped me understand better how I receive and process information, making it easier for me to realize I was getting information and tell my ego to calm down. I know I will be back next year for another session.
