I recently moved to Medford and tried both Yoga classes & massage with Amanda. I have taken many yoga classes, and had many massages, both to help with my tight back and shoulders. I have to say I was very very impressed with Amanda's knowledge. Both her ability and way of teaching was welcoming and encouraging. I liked that she explains as she goes. I love Soul Shine Yoga and Massage! I feel very comfortable in the classes, never feel out of place or uncomfortable, because of the welcoming and healing atmosphere. Amanda is a fantastic yoga teacher, soothing meditation guide, and an amazing masseuse, very knowledgeable about the body. With Soul Shine's help, I'm healing old injuries and learning how to prevent future ones. I can't recommend Soul Shine enough!
