Had such a lovely and calming restorative yoga session with Kay. The pace and the deep stretches were so relieving. I definitely recommend 🤍
Cannot recommend the beautiful Kay enough. Kay organised the most peaceful and relaxing group yoga session for a birthday event, her class had us all centred, soothed and connected. I continue to carry this peace with me a week later. Can’t wait to experience more of her wonderful services :)

I recently had an incredible experience with Kayla at Soul Services Ka Huna Massage and Yoga and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The Ka Huna massage was deeply relaxing from start to finish. Kayla worked over my whole body, helping to release built-up stress and tension, and I particularly appreciated her telling me to focus on my breathing, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the entire experience.
