Coming here from a lot of time but today the girl who do the massage I don't know who is she so when i entered she asked did u come before as well i said yes then she told me that we provide extra service as well i asked what are they she told me just to take it and will let u know in massage room but i refused to take it then she told me that if i will not take it she will not do any massage its such an unprofessional behavior they should know how to treat a customer thanks i hope my review will help new customers
The 197 Villawood is one of the cleanest and best massages shops that I have ever visited. Honestly, if you need a shower, how many shops out there provide bathrooms gowns and slippers? Well ,197 does ! All the staff is highly professional with exceptional massage skills. Keep up with the great job 197! Kopunkaaaa!
Hello Manage/ Director, i didn't wanna post any negative review but this massage center near to my place and it was really good before when Meline used to work there. But today i had massage with coco, she doesn't know how to massage, just pressing the body, spent more than 30min just pressing body with soft hands, and then i had to remind her do massage, some areas like arms, shoulder no massage done, just gave quick happy ending and done. don't give job to someone who can't do their job properly, i do hard work, do my job ... read more
It create pain instead of relaxing,,, I got massage all in towel, it was like she was just sitting on my back rather than massage... They were doing massage like someone is forcing them, not professionally... Never want to go again...
