First time trying kinesiology, I was really excited but also a little nervous. Marita made me feel so comfortable by really listening and clearly explaining how everything works. I loved my session and felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as soon as I left. I can already see such a difference it has made in my day-to-day life.
