Sam was very responsive to my urgent needs. Great communication too.
Sam is a legend. He is professional, friendly and an absolute weapon when it comes to all facets of plumbing. Had multiple drainage issues at my house and he was able to provide a solution to all of them in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. He keeps you updated with what he is doing, why he is doing it, and educates you on how to ensure longevity with your plumbing for the future. I can't recommend this bloke highly enough. Thanks a million champion.
10/10 experience with Soul Plumbing. They were prompt, reliable, friendly and professional. After other plumbers told us we would have to cut into a concrete slab to replace pipes, Sam's expert advice and specialist skills led us to get the pipes re-lined instead (which was something the others didn't even mention was an option). I'm so grateful we found Soul Plumbing!
I used baking soda, used pump, kitchen basin still get flooded, so I sms photo to soul plumbing, sms address, he sms time. Straight up next day, punctual he came, go straight to the drain, used his tools, pulled out kids toys from pipe, clear drain with drill, let me video inspect pipe. All done in 30 mins, reliable, quick & fast. Wife happy now so continue my happy life. Thanks Soul Plumbing. P.S.No Christmas toys for little boy this year. Haha. Suburb - Calamvale.
If you’re looking for a plumbing business that actually cares about the job, look no further! This family-run business was fantastic from start to finish. The boys were friendly, professional and clearly take a lot of pride in their work — and it definitely shows in the results. Great workmanship, great people and a genuinely pleasant experience. It’s always nice to support a family business where you can tell they really care about doing the job properly. Highly recommend these guys.
