I can’t say enough good things about Soul Performance. They not only make amazing exhaust systems, but the customer service is second to none. It’s refreshing to see a made in the USA company that creates ultra high quality parts and care about their customers! Thank you Jake!
John set me up quickly with a set of 992 cats for my Turbo S. A+ experience across the board.
I had bought a set of bypass pipes 5 years ago, I had a small issue with functionality. I emailed and got a response back in minutes from Jake. No questions asked, A new replacement is on its way... That right there is why my 3 cars have Soul products installed!!!
I had an excellent experience working with Soul PP. Jake from the customer service went above and beyond to help me find out the best parts and shipped me multiple replacements at no additional cost. World-class customer support from Jake and the Soul team.
