I've purchased a few items for my 997.1 from Soul over the last year. Some exhaust items, and more recently a set of custom forged wheels. Ordered the Soul stage one suspension package for my Cayman 987.2. It is a very comprehensive package and while not sourced directly from Soul it was put together and priced very nicely. Mainly I wanted to shoutout Sam P with customer service who was kind and accommodating to my many and frequent requests for updates. We had a customer that got custom rims for his Porsche 911 Carrera. During installation one of the center caps cracked. I spoke with Sam and he was extremely helpful. He overnight shipped us a cap and helped us make our customer happy. Thank you so much Soul Performance and Sam!
After some research, I decided that I wanted a Soul exhaust for my Porsche 911 which was lacking Porsche sports exhaust. I emailed Soul and within a day John got back to me and we talked about the different options.
