I had no idea what to expect going in so I booked a one time session. I felt so accepted as I poured out my pain to her- and cried (I am not a crier). I wasn’t sure what I needed, but she intuitively understood. I decided to book (4) sessions after, and included breathwork. She walked me thru the process, which is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
