Naiima at Soul Nourished is phenomenal at what she does. She has extensive knowledge of energy work and the human condition, which is helpful for someone new to this. She has a beautiful way of holding space for every part of you that enters her door, helping you feel seen and cared for. Meeting Naiima and working with her has been a true honor. I had no idea what to expect going in so I booked a one time session. I felt so accepted as I poured out my pain to her- and cried (I am not a crier). I wasn’t sure what I needed, but she intuitively understood. I decided to book (4) sessions after, and included breathwork. She walked me thru the process, which is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. This was a wonderful experience. I had booked a reiki session, but after talking with me for awhile, Trish crafted a session just perfect for my needs and the moment! The space is so warm and inviting and very calm and serene. I'm looking forward to going back! If you are exploring alternative modalities such as reiki and sound baths, start here. You won't be disappointed.
