I am a vegetarian and it’s always been very hard for me to eat a healthy lifestyle and the proper amounts of proteins. I’m not over weight by any means but Vanessa has helped me create easy and healthy meat-free meals while also educating me for when I won’t be able to ask her for guidance. Truly amazing! I have learned an incredible amount about the benefits of intermittent fasting and I felt very supported every step. Not every week was easy and I never felt bad about weeks I didn’t do my best. I have struggled a very long time with my weight and to finally find something that makes me feel good, and look good with out feeling deprived is a dream come true. I cant thank Vanessa enough for all her help and support!
