Quick and professional services from Soul Mechanical. I had an urgent matter regarding back flow testing in my warehouse and Renee kindly got me set up quickly with our technician Troy the following morning. Troy was awesome, he got us tested and certified and kept me updated during the process. Very personable and professional. I had a disappointing experience with this company. When I called them for plumbing services, I received an invoice that itemized charges for every tool used during the job, which I found unreasonable. It is surprising and frustrating to be billed separately for essential tools like screwdrivers and an auger, which should be considered part of a plumber's standard equipment. Absolute hack job of a company. I'm not even paying For the service (the building I live in hired them) and I've come home on 3 seperate occasions to patchy 1/2 completed work. Maybe it's cause I'm a general contractor my eyes see things others don't. But who leaves a smoke detector hanging by the wires off the ceiling? Who installs ONE 5FT piece of conduit that comes off the electrical panel and dangles in the corner, leaned against the water line to hold it up?!
