The worst experience ever. I called to make appointment before coming for my husband massage. They had no idea we had the appointment when we arrived and thought it was a couple massage when I called before coming and told them it's only for my husband. After finishing with the massage and I was in process of paying the employee with the glasses kept on pressuring me to give 20%tip saying it's company policy when I told her tips are OPTIONAL. Unhygienic Experience The place was not clean, and the hygiene was very disappointing. After the massage, I developed bumps on my body. I’m not sure what caused them, but this was definitely concerning and made me uncomfortable. I expected a clean and hygienic environment. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience and would not return.
Went in for deep tissue massage and asked for hard pressure but it was very light, just felt like it was a rub at the very best. Maybe got 10 min of good massage after asking for more pressure repeatedly. Other 50 min was a rub which felt useless. Masseuse just went up and down my back, arms, legs with her palms. Not therapeutic at all and felt like a scam. Why offer the service if you're not going to do it properly. Wasted my money.
Alice was amazing. She gave her 100%. Most of the messages that I get are not strong enough for me but she has so much strength. I loved her attention to detail as well. Best message therapist here for sure!
Highly recommend! I was in town for a college trip with my oldest this week and decided last minute to book a spa day for myself. Best decision I ever made. First head spa experience!
