I visited Soul Massage Spa on Thursday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The masseuse, an Indian lady, did not provide a proper massage and kept asking about additional services, which I found very unprofessional. I paid for a 45-minute massage, but she didn’t even ask if I needed more pressure or focus on the areas I mentioned. Came to this place after calling and confirming what we were after ( 2 people for a normal 1 hour massage) took and uber all the way there only for the ladies to tell us they only do 30 minute massages. Who would have thought it's so bloody hard to get a frigging massage in Brisbane.
Feels great to have a place like this and relax. I like the smell of the aroma, really relaxing and I had a great time.
