We had Vidhi cater our wedding for about 60 guests, and the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests couldn't stop praising it and are still talking about it days later. The authentic Gujarati food was full of flavor. The moong dal halwa, undhiyu, and moong dal kachori were outstanding, and the samosas were honestly some of the best we have ever had. Vidhi catered lunch for a birthday party we hosted. The food was very flavorful and tasty leaving the guests with smiling faces and happy tummies:) Vidhi also explained in detail about how to serve the food warm and keep it fresh even for those who had a late lunch. The paneer puffs and vada pav were our personal favorites. She also catered to our spice levels without compromising on the deliciousness of the food! Highly recommend Vidhi to anyone looking to serve yummy food to a party crowd :)
