I had a really great experience here. The team was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted my colour thoughtfully, explaining the process clearly and making everything feel calm and reassuring. I'm not a big fan of going to the salon due to bad or average experiences. I went with my sister just to try out the perm (sister) and a Keratin treatment (for me). On arrival everyone there was so sweet and made you feel welcome straight away! When I sat down we got into what I would like my result to be, we actually ended up going with the Nanoplasty instead; a non permanent route to control my frizzy dry hair without too much of the chemicals.
