My daughter recently had a signature balayage treatment at Soul Hair. The staff were friendly and polite, and my daughter (and I) were very happy with her resultant hair colour. During the treatment, bleach was accidentally spilled on my daughter's t-shirt. I alerted the Soul hair team of the damage and they were very apologetic, following up with two messages and a phone call. I never write bad reviews but I came here a bit ago for a bang trim and was very disappointed and sad at what I received. I asked for some length off the middle part of my bangs but only fully realised once I got home how messed up it was. The head stylist cut off face framing pieces which created a bowl cut/ mushroom situation, which did not blend into the rest of my hair. Maybe it was miscommunication but I showed some photos of what I wanted and it did not match at all unfortunately.
