First time trying the salon, Sally , I wasn’t at all happy. Come to the end of my cut and colour and the cost was nearly £300 , what for ? It was not styled how I wanted ! Fringe lopsided , hair not coloured how I wanted. The staff were kind and friendly but totally expensive hairdressers and for a mediocre service. Google maps say this salon is on watergate street Chester. It isn’t. The staff answer the phone saying hello Soul hair. Nothing else. No mention they have moved . The manager ha ha . So rude , Customer service. They don’t know the meaning of the word. I would rather a summons than put a 1p in their cash register. 1 star because was unable to give ZERO RATING.
