Absolutely some of the BEST BBQ I have ever had!!! The beef brisket had great flavor and was easily cut with a plastic fork!!! Great pronounced smoke ring and tender as could be!!! The ribs were fall off the bone and had the perfect bark!!! No sauce needed for these ribs!!! However, as good as the brisket and ribs were... let's talk about the smoked sausage!!!! Food is absolutely on point
KC born and raised, nobody beats BBQ in K.C., so on this trip to Tennessee I figured what do they know about BBQ, they maybe know whiskey but not BBQ. Today we went to the Soul Food BBQ, BBQ food truck on Fort Campbell and I got 2 plates one for lunch and one for dinner. For lunch I ate the 1/2lb Smoked Sausage, Memphis style.
