I've just joined Soul Fit and I'm so glad I did . The staff are amazing sooo helpful and caring and the people there are so friendly and make you feel welcome. And I have to say that Bea is fantastic, I've done some of her classes and I have say she treats us golden girls with patience and respect and I really appreciate that ,its always daunting when you first start and she makes it easier. This is more than a gym it’s a community of super supportive women and it starts at the top! Thank you for sharing your space with me so I can get in my body and feel good
Classes are too large and instruction is not adequate as a result. I believe the kind of training offered needs higher levels of support. No trial was offered so was signed into something that couldn’t serve my needs. Unlike others gyms in the area you pay for the service a month from when you give notice.
The best trainers. Lovely members. Great classes. Perfect!
