I went on my first women's retreat in August with Candace and a lovely group of women to Canada. It was a life changing experience. I have had the great fortune to experience multiple cacao infused sound healings with Candace and take a couple of her Kundalini yoga classes. She is amazingly positive and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does because it really shows. I can't wait to someday go on one of retreats.
I recently attended the WaterWorld Retreat at Thatch Caye, a beautiful resort on a private island in Belize, and it was truly unforgettable. The location was serene and peaceful, with stunning over-the-water hut accommodations offering breathtaking ocean views during the day and captivating star gazing in the evening. The Belize retreat was magical. Not only did Candace plan, host and execute a wonderful yoga and Belizean experience, she also gathered 25 of the most amazing women I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Between the yoga sessions, cacao ceremony, the beautiful resort with over water bungalows, delicious food, stunning views, snorkeling and other water activities, it was the perfect combination of complete relaxation and getting to experience the country and culture. One week of peace, mindfulness, yoga, new friendships, trust and let go at the beautiful place of Thatch Caye in Belize. I cannot describe Candace and her retreats in a way that would really show the experience I had. Once in a lifetime comes to my mind, but that’s true for all 3 retreats that I joined so far.
