Extremely unprofessional with a staff and manager that cares more about making TikTok videos than helping. The manager was rude and plays favorites. If she doesn’t like you she will make you wait. Or cancel your appointments. Or raise your copay. It honestly should be illegal.
Genuine people. After moving to the city I tried 2 other dental before I found Soul Dental, and I keep coming back!
The most unprofessional and disgraceful office I have ever been. The manager was rude and cared more about making TikTok videos than actually caring for the patients. Nobody greeted me warmly or positively, they don’t even look up when asking for your name. I felt incredibly disrespected by staff that doesn’t care to explain procedures or payment options and waiting long periods while the manager and front desk make stupid TikTok videos.
Everyone was kind, professional, they saw me as soon as I got in, they did everything they could to make the appointment pleasurable.
