Now let me start by saying that I am extremely afraid of the dentist. I’d rather somebody knock me out Cold to do a dental procedure more than sit in the chair awake! However, I must say that my first consultation visit and my first service visit of deep cleaning was an extreme pleasure. I always have a great interaction and treatment at Soul Dental. The team is so welcoming. I bring my service dog with me and they are so respectful and kind to her too. The team is always giving me tips on how to take care of my teeth. Been going here for years and love this place!

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I was told I had two cavities and agreed to have them filled. The fillings were done so poorly that they hit the nerves in both teeth. I got a second opinion and was told I never had cavities to begin with — but the damage was already done. Both teeth needed root canals due to the trauma. I’m sharing this in the hope that it prevents someone else from going through the same unnecessary pain and cost
Update: The business was kind enough to contact me after my previous teeth whitening experience and to offer a re-do of the service with experienced staff. Everything went smoothly, everyone was super professional and explained step by step, including the dentist I usually see (Dr Olga). No more pain other than the obvious sensitivity that happens with this process and I am happy with results.
