Honestly one of the best offices I have been to. the manager and staff were on point, friendly and actually took time to look at you when they greet you. Everyone from front desk, to the assistants and hygienists to the dentists themselves and manager where all very friendly, very professional and overall pleasant and very competent.
I just had my first appointment here to have a implant crown recemented. The front desk staff was very kind and considerate. Dr. Victoria was amazing, her eye for detail and the manner that she explained a few things to me made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Thank you all for such wonderful care and service! Mike.
Don't go here for anything except the most basic services. The hygienist is lovely but the dentists are "professional" while not giving you the full truth about the quality you are paying for. The services are mediocre and quality of dental work subpar at best. Emergency services do not exist here. Everyone in the office is very pushy and more than willing to over charge you for their below average quality of dental work. Go to an actual professional for any real dental work needed and save yourself money and dental regrets.
I’m really impressed with this place. It looks very clean, new and well laid out, I never wait longer than 5 minutes. Every one seems genuinely friendly and professional.
I went in for a cleaning, and the dentist said I needed to schedule a deep cleaning next time (I get professional cleanings every year, this is the first time anyone mentioned the need for a deep clean....which might well be the case). Then she gave me a quick, light cleaning (it was over in a flash), and told me someone else would go over the details of the deep cleaning. Turns out it's a $3K procedure.
