I attended Brenda’s EMBR class this past weekend. It was amazing! We learned how to gently alleviate the symptoms and the pain associated with emotional wounds, many of which had been instilled and reinforced for decades, through intuitive healing practices. I am excited to apply these skills and see how much more joyful my life could become.
