Building has way too many re-occuring issues and keeps going downhill. They have water outages like once a month and when they fix it theres a new issue right after like no hot water or low water pressure so they have to come back again to fix it. Its like they hire the cheapest labour and use the cheapest materials possible so tenants spend more money. Even though the building is recently built we had to pay $400 to fix the A/C unit even though it wasnt our fault. We hired an electrician and paid $200 just to change the bat... read more
