This place was recommended by a friend, but I had a really unprofessional experience. After signing up for a consultation on their site, I never received a confirmation. I emailed to confirm the spot was indeed booked, but there was no response. Only a day or two before the scheduled consult, I received a messaging asking me to reschedule. I came to the salon to get a hair consultation. Alexandria ran late I traveled a far distance to come here I was extremely excited. I have bad past experience with my hair so I was a little apprehensive. When I did sit in her chair I only said in her chair for approximately less than a minute or two.
