I came to Gia to get my cryotherapy for abdomen and I love it. She is amazing and the sessions are helping a lot ; I lost 4 inches. I definitely recommend came here; the experience is amazing.

Giovanna is amazing. I did a Cryo T-Shock session with her at Soul Body Studio and felt completely taken care of from start to finish. She’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. What really stood out though is how real she is. She takes the time to actually talk with you, get to know you, and understand what you’re looking for. It doesn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. Unfair double standards with their own policy vs accomodating their customers. Terrible communication. They have cancelled, tried to delay, re-schedule my appointment multiple times, all within 2hrs before the appointment! But, when I inquired if I could still be treated later in the day it was met with a hard no. === I was 12min late to my initial consultation, apologized profusely and 100% understood it was my own fault, the technician gave me the consultation and we booked the treatment. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff-amazing results doing cryo. I did 5 sessions and saw great results I will be back for maintenance.
