What a hidden gem this shop is. The office lady was great to deal with and accommodating to squeeze me in early morning before I had to get to a local event. When she took off to handle othet business, the tech was fantastic go deal with as well. He was very polite and explained things very clearly. Did not do any work without asking first. I would come here for any work my half ton needs in the future. Recommended them lots already and will continue to!

I brought my 2006 BMW E46 to this shop for two specific issues: a suspected air leak (Check Engine Light was on) and an oil leak. My experience was beyond disappointing for several reasons: • Zero Effort: I work nearby and watched my car the whole time. It sat in the parking lot and was only inside the shop for about 15 minutes before they called me to say it was "done".
