Christina came highly recommended to me. I was in agony experiencing spasms in my middle upper back. After a brief discussion she used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping. (my first series of cupping sessions. I should schedule more!). Not only was I able to move pain free - Christina recommended stretches and exercises to keep limber! I too would highly recommend Chris - She is smart, knowledgeable and has what I call Magic Hands!
