Bri is an amazing therapist. It’s very hard to find a somatic therapist in Southern California, and her approach is truly different from other therapists. Her ability to gently guide inner body work has helped release so much stored stress. Since working with her, I’m eating better, feeling more motivated, and experiencing significantly reduced anxiety and depression—along with many other benefits. I couldn’t recommend Bri enough. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t worked for you, somatic therapy can be life-changing.
