This lady literally booked me for today just to tell me once I’m already here she’s no longer in the state of North Carolina? And didn’t think to confirm that with me when I booked? Update: to still try to blame me for your mistake just shows the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. Trash customer service experience. Not only did they take the deposit they failed to inform us they are no longer in the state. When frustration was voiced the unprofessionalism got worse. She then texted us very rude very nasty. If you live in NC don't book. If you live in Atlanta good luck. Horrible customer service and will be reported to the better business bureau.
