I suffer from chronic pancreatitis. I was diagnosed 2 years ago and recently moved to Warrenton. I needed/wanted a primary and ended up with Dr. Paragon. Things were fine, prescriptions transfered and filled. These are normal of course. Recently I tried getting some refills and was told that the refill request was denied. I asked to try again assuming there was some mistake. Denied again. So I ran out of 2 of the denied refills, both used to treat this pancreatitis. I called and asked why these were being denied. Dr Biragoni gets to the bottom of the problem and addresses the issue. She is kind and humble and caring.
A very good physician I am happy that I changed to this doctor because of the commuting distance
