PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS. This company charged 3 times than other engineering company and doesn't know their job. They have no Special Engineers in their company for 40 years recertification Inspection. After not finishing the job they don't refund money. Very unprofessional unethical and incompetent company and turned my dream into a nightmare I'm currently in the process of filing complaint against them with the professional Board of Engineers and in the process I'm filing a lawsuit. John Souffront and his Team came through in record time to help us on a very time sensitive project. They were professional, efficient and delivered. I highly recommend Souffront Construction & Engineering, they offer exceptional service and expertise.
I wanted to add a review about Souffront, it took them 3 times to submit our Final 50 year Recertification paperwork for us to receive our PASS from the City. Then it was finally completed and we received our Certification then I received a bill for $100.00 above & beyond the almost $12,000.00 paid to the Company. I was told not to worry about it by email on two separate occasions.
