Absolutely delicious breakfast. I had the Pickled Pepper Benedict. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. I will be back.

Souffle pancakes were delicious. Our server didn't come by much though. We had to ask another server to get her so we could have drink refills and she was ready to usher us out after eating, but we wanted to order dessert. When we asked about the dessert of the day, per the menu, the server said oh we don't have dessert of the day, just a cinnamon roll, dessert crepe and a chocolate souffle.

Adequate food. Forgot olives in shrimp and grits Asked for eggs fried hard but had runny parts. Server never checked on us. Other server was asking her table if they needed water or if they needed a refill on their coffee or if they needed any else. Not ours. I don’t even know her name. We never saw her enough to get it.

5 stars all around. Pancakes and bacon cooked just right One pleasant surprise was the feast squeezed orange juice. The egg Benedict was very delicious, and the grits were perfectly creamy. Excellent service elevates Souffle's to a must-visit.

What has happened to Soufflés? So awful! Burnt bacon, and whatever they were trying to pass off as soufflé pancakes, also burnt… I have included a picture below of what a soufflé pancake should look like… Terrible cappuccino and coffee as well! This place used to be sooooo good, so sad it has come to this! I was still charged 1/2 price for an inedible meal! We will not go back!
