I stayed here for approximately 6 weeks at $350/ wk.Upon my arrival at 12 am ,I walked in to several dead cock roaches everywhere,from the day I arrived and the day I left I was charged full price ,not once did house keeping vacuum,change bedding or towels,I had to vacuum myself,pick up dead cock roaches constantly and change my own sheets ,no toilet paper was given ,This hotel is absolutely disgusting,trash everywhere, disgusting old carpet,tiny fridge with a freezer so full of ice from not defrost,Stained sheets and towels... read more
Rooms are barely livable on the residential side the regular hotel side isn't much better staff is rude and will stare at you at like 8 am to leave so they can start cleaning check out is 11. They also will kick you out for saying words in anger which everyone does doesn't matter that you've been paying for over 6 months.
A very old motel with Wifi that stops working after half a dozen guests logon. Do not recommend.
**edit** the hotel responded on here just to save face but has yet to respond to my direct email to them. Shame shame I’ve stayed at the Soudersburg Hotel four times over the years, and it’s astonishing how quickly and drastically the quality has deteriorated.
