Great experience during the process of finding and securing a unit to lease. Erika was extremely helpful and responsive during this process. I was pleasantly surprised to find her respond, even during the weekend, to help during this process. Look forward to my time with Souder!
We rented a warehouse space with Souder properties over in Indian Trail and it was a great experience from beginning to end. We never had any issues. It was super easy to get ahold of Erika when we had questions and even during the leasing process was super thorough. The only reason we left was because our business fulfillment transitioned to Amazon and we didn’t need the space anymore otherwise we would’ve renewed.
Excellent service, good attention, always willing to help and collaborate. If I have to rent again, I would do it with my eyes closed. Erika is an excellent person, very kind and attentive.
I’ve had a pleasant experience signing my new lease with Souder Properties. They are very easy to communicate with and their response was done in a timely manner. The property is well managed, clean, and well lit.
