Great experience renting an office space. I would recommend
The maintenance of this building is declining. These people are slum lords. I had multiple suites in this building, and I had to vacate one because of MICE. I put in a maintenance request so they could try to find the mice; the smell was atrocious. The maintenance guy showed up with an air freshener and told me that I needed to open the door to let it air out, that the smell was moisture, not a dead rodent.
