The leasing manager, Erica, is a liar. She said she didn't appreciate being called that, but when my lease was ending, she said she had told me I needed to give a 30 day notice to end my FIXED TERM LEASE, when the reality is she never said anything about the 30 day notice and we only ever talked about extending my lease IF I needed to (we only EVER spoke by text, never phone call or email, so I have proof).
