I got new carpet on Friday from Soudens and could not be happier with the service. From Meg & Donna in the office to Tim who came and measured and then Zach who came and laid the carpet, also not forgetting Lewarna and Brent……. Thank you all, I will definately be recommending you to anyone I know who needs new flooring. Awesome company to deal with 💙
We had our whole house carpeted by Soudens and were delighted with the result. The staff were extremely helpful, from the initial selection process with Donna to the installation by Zac. We greatly appreciated their care in making sure the carpet was a suitable choice as well as looking beautiful. Thanks to Meg and the team for a very professional and smoothly managed process. From the showroom to completion, Soudens were professional and friendly. Had a mix of vinyl and carpet installed and the finished product is beautiful. All was done in a timely fashion, and communication with Soudens was seamless.
