We have used Souden’s Flooring for our own home and two of our investment properties. Their customer service was second to none. With each property they provided a detailed quote for us, shortly after measuring up. The team were super efficient in regards to arriving at the agreed time, and worked non stop throughout the day to ensure our flooring was laid in a timely manner, all the while being very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Highly recommend this very efficient, family ran business.
Installed our floors about 5 years ago and did an amazing job. Recently due to renovations I needed some replacement vinyl planks, got in contact with them and Donna went out of her way to help. Highly recommend them!

Donna was great- fantastic even, however poor (and unprofessional) experience and communication throughout quoting process. Had high hopes for this company.
Just had my bedroom carpets replaced, couldn't be happier with the service from all the staff at Soudens and im in love with my new carpet!!! Donna gave me suggestions that I hadn't even thought of (which I ended up going with!) Tim was great with his quote process and to Zac doing an amazing install. Don't bother spending hours going to different shops, seriously Soudens are the best!!
