As other people have mentioned they are horrible when it comes to communication. Medications do not get sent or questions go months without being answered.
Dr. Enakuaa, was very kind and informative. But her staff is horrible at returning calls. I was told when I was ready to start treatment to call her office so I could pay for my medication and start the process. I have been calling for the past three to four months and no one ever got back to. When I finally get a reply it’s to say that I need to see Dr. Enakuaa again. I have to pay $100 copay to be asked why I didn’t start the process earlier. She doesn’t even examine me.
When no one wanted to see my 16 year old , she was the only one who made the exception!! Very thankful to her .
Edit: Extremely rude bad at contact and not personable at all. Glad to report you. No idea why you are a doctor you seem to hate it and people. I’m going back to shitty Baytown you are that bad. Baytown endocrine and Texas Childrens was a joke. Love the team in Webster so much. Dr. Enakuua is showing me things Texas Children and Baytown docs failed to show me for years, I was diagnosed type one diabetic at 10years old and I’m 30 this Nov.
