Nancy is amazing. The product is great. I still have the glasses Nancy picked for me. Nobody steals your personal information there.
The lady there scammed us. She said all unpolarized sunglasses are 25 and charged us 35. She said that the company raised the price but then they should have changed the sign. Before I bought the sunglasses she also had said all in polarized glasses are 25!! She also claimed that we would get 10 dollars off with a second pair but never gave us the discount. And when we said this she said no refunds. Absolutely horrendous customer service and false advertisement!!👎👎👎
Bad customer service!
I'm writing this review to reflect my experience at the SoTrendy kiosk location at Polo Park. I attended this location on the afternoon of October 25. Normally, a kiosk shopping experience is pretty nondescript. Not this time! The attendant at this location was WONDERFUL! So helpful and polite! The customization she provided was lovely! It was an uplifting start to my Christmas season. Recommended!
