I’ve lived in one of their homes for almost 3 months now. I was moving from out of state for a job and they were very helpful and willing to accommodate my move in dates and gave me a video tour of the apartment. There was a major leaking issue from the apartment above me when I moved in and they were very quick to get a plumber out to fix it, it took a couple times to figure out what the problem was but that wasn’t their fault. They dealt with it as quickly and efficiently as they could.
Shady booking experience. They canceled my reservation without reason or notice to allow someone else to book the space for the next two months. Now I have to wait a week to get my money back. You can book a room but it's not guaranteed. Beware!
