I moved into Bell Arlington Ridge a few months ago, and my living situation has been great. First of all, Jacque and Tyler were very very helpful and welcoming with the initial move-in process, answering questions promptly and in-detail. They are quick to resolve maintenance requests as well. The actual apartments themselves are very nice, with modern appliances and clean features upon move in. The overall apartment itself has very nice features and perks to it. I have only had positive experiences at Bell Ridge apartments.
I normally find it distasteful to write a review of a place you didn't buy / rent from, but... I am deaf so I emailed the community with a few questions. I got the AI agent who didn't know the answer so I politely asked to speak to a real person. Each time they replied that I had to call the property. I emailed 10 times and cannot get a real person. I filed a Title III violation with the DOJ Civil Rights Division, but it's a bummer because I did want to live here but they are not ADA compliant.
“I am very relieved that I only have ten days left before leaving this building. This has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever had. During my full year living here, I suffered greatly from constant noise issues. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a tour scheduled for 4:00 PM that I confirmed twice via email and text. I arrived about 15 minutes early and tried calling the leasing office multiple times to ask where to park and where the leasing office was located since there is no street parking and I did not have access to the garage.
