I recently contacted Sotos LLP (Jan 2024) to enquire if any class action lawsuits regarding the Ontario doctor shortage existed. They were polite and answered the question, by saying no there were no action against the government at this time. My second question to them, as I wondered, was why do you think there are no action in place. This, as I was trying to figure out if I should potentially look further into it.
