The individuals responsible for yard maintenance are not properly cleaning the areas. Instead of collecting and disposing of trash, they are blowing debris from one yard into neighboring yards and into the street. Any trash found while cleaning should be picked up and disposed of appropriately, not moved elsewhere. This practice is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
