Great personal trainer. I highly recommend him if you need weight loss or gain muscle mass low body fat.
Erick is awesome! Work out with him and put in the time and you will feel yourself get stronger! I can’t recommend him enough! Great at pushing you but also great at understanding your limits (ie if you have an injury not to push it too hard) regardless of your fitness level Erick is a great trainer!
Erick is amazing! I’ve been training with him for a while and it’s really made a difference in my health and posture. Super personable and listens to what your individual goals/limits are. Would definitely recommend!
