Mine was great to work with. The team was kind, friendly and patient. They wanted to make sure it was happy with the results. My floors turned out beautiful. There were a few spots that the topcoat was missed. They were friendly and quickly came to get it coated properly. Everyone wanted to make sure I was a happy customer, and I am. Everyone at Soto were very friendly, professional and made the process painless. I called them on a Monday and within a week the job was done and we are very happy with it. Mike truly went above and beyond. I had a last-minute carpet issue and honestly wasn’t sure anyone would be able to help on such short notice. I called soto flooring and his receptionist/operations manager explained the situation to him, and he immediately understood the urgency.
