We had seven areas of our home installed with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring by Soto Flooring. Michael Soto measured our areas and presented their proposal and fully explained their processes. It’s not often that I provide a Google review. The sales representative who came to my house to conduct an assessment and provide an estimate was amicable, which was obviously a positive. However, I was promised two different price quotes for wood flooring replacement work. I even provided a plank sample for the representative to take with him to help determine the make and model of my flooring. I want to personally thank the crew from Soto Flooring and for their amazing craftsmanship and service. I waited for 7 years to tackle this project not to mention that I happen to be quite particular. The guys far exceeded any expectations that I could have ever imagined. The owner at Soto really went above and beyond for me. He spent a ton of time walking me through the nuances of refinishing hardwood and never made me feel rushed.
