Mine was great to work with. The team was kind, friendly and patient. They wanted to make sure it was happy with the results. My floors turned out beautiful. There were a few spots that the topcoat was missed. They were friendly and quickly came to get it coated properly. Everyone wanted to make sure I was a happy customer, and I am. Everyone at Soto were very friendly, professional and made the process painless. I called them on a Monday and within a week the job was done and we are very happy with it. Mike truly went above and beyond. I had a last-minute carpet issue and honestly wasn’t sure anyone would be able to help on such short notice. I want to personally thank the crew from Soto Flooring and for their amazing craftsmanship and service. I waited for 7 years to tackle this project not to mention that I happen to be quite particular. The guys far exceeded any expectations that I could have ever imagined.
