There are not enough words to describe my experience with Dr. Papafragkou and Dr. Rhee. Two of the kindest and most generous surgeons. I had a bilateral breast reduction and it was life changing for me. I am forever grateful. Not only are they kind, professional, compassionate and caring but so is their staff. He is extremely thorough and explained everything you need to me from the first day I met him which made me feel very comfortable and unafraid.
