Great doctor and wonderful staff! Wouldn't trade them for a million dollars!
This boy (will not call him a man since he doesn't fit the true description) is the worst type of doctor-one driven by ego. His main concern was to show that he was "right", and did nothing to help my father to get stronger/ give him a chance to get off the ventilator. He insisted on a tracheotomy and even TURNED off the my fathers ventilator just to prove a point that he can not breathe. Dr. Kassapidis is a wonderful doctor. My mom has a lot of complications and he takes the time to listen and review her care. He genuinely cares for his patients health. The assistant is also very thorough when explaining any testing that needs to be done and they don’t mind repeating or explaining further for clarification. Also, I can’t leave the front desk out, they are always attentive and friendly even when they are clearly busy. Overall, great team.
