I have used them several times and had good results, but not this time. The photographer did not show up at the scheduled time. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called to find out if they were still coming. They said they would be there in half an hour. Very unprofessional. The photos were fine, but the floor plan was missing the whole primary suite. I reached out to Geo and he said he would research the issue. Never got back to me.
