I've worked for Doug on several projects. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I've personally been in multiple homes he's built and all were beautiful, well built homes.
The owner Doug of "Sotazona Homes" has zero professionalism, Poor quality, Zero supervision of his projects, projects run by home owners! Hires unskilled cheap labor and does not show up to run his Jobs! Doug try's to cheat his labor and suppliers out of money! Do not Hire Doug!!! Doug is a KAREN! He's whinny bully! Run Away!!!
