I have coming here 7+ years and never had a problem actually loved this doctors office. However last appointment I was 5 mins late and they turned me away telling me I have to reschedule. I explained to them that I came from over 20 miles away and hit some traffic and still turned me away. Mind you there was no one in the lobby…. This experience alone showed me how they feel about their patients.
Although there aren’t many reviews for this office, trust me they’re great! I can confidently say that I found a new pcp that I am happy with. First impressions are everything, and my initial phone call to the office gave me confidence that I would have a positive experience. I spoke with April and she was very helpful with my questions regarding insurance. She also got me in for an appointment the following week!
